Who owns my uploaded videos? 

The uploader of the video maintains ownership and responsibility to all of my uploaded videos.  EZHits.info is not responsible for any copy right infringements on uploaded videos.  All videos uploaded are subject to being downloaded and uploaded by other parties.  This is a video sharing site and ezhits cannot be held responsible for any videos that are uploaded and downloaded by another party.

Can the site repurpose or alter my video?

Sometimes videos are altered by other subscribers for fun and entertainment.  EZHits remain the rights to remove if it is felt altered videos are inappropriate or distasteful.

Privacy Terms

We do not sell or share your information under any circumstances except if it is required by law.  We protect members information to third parties to prevent spam to our members.

Will I ever receive unwanted information from EZHits.info?

From time to time you may receive a site newsletter filled with important information for our members that will come directly to your email, but at the moment we do not send out newsletters on a regular basis.  Most of our communication to our members is located in our "Latest News" box directly onsite.

Can I remove my video at any time?

Yes, you may manage your uploaded videos however you please.  All uploaded videos are listed in the members area under the profile link.
